Make an Order
If you're
an existing partner agency experiencing difficulties placing your order with KCA, please email us at
orders@kca.org.nz from the email address associated with your user name. Our system will recognize your email and process the order manually. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note, we do not supply directly to members of the public or agencies without a service contract with us.
- Enter your Charity name
- Your email address (so you get an immediate acknowledgement of your order)
- Contact details of staff member/volunteer collecting the stock from our warehouse and cellphone number for contact tracing purposes
- Number of food boxes required for your foodbank - geographic area and amount of people in the family it will assist
- Gender, age, size etc if requesting clothing
- Details if requesting anything else
- Geographic area of where the clothing, linen etc is going and the amount of people it will assist in the family
- Pick up for orders is strictly Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Grenada North on a Monday 7am to 12pm. Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 3pm
