At KCA, we deeply appreciate the diverse avenues of financial support that sustain our operations. From the steadfast commitment of our supporters through payroll giving to the invaluable backing of corporate sponsors, one-off donations from the public, grants, and bequests, every contribution plays a pivotal role. It's this generosity that enables us to offer our services free of charge to our partner agencies while striving for operational efficiency, currently at a remarkable $1.07 per kilogram (*as of March 31, 2024).

With 3 dedicated paid employees and an incredible team of 46 volunteers, KCA efficiently utilizes financial donations to purchase essential stock. Through strategic partnerships with our sponsors, we secure the best prices for a variety of items, supplementing our food rescue program with necessities like toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products.

We're immensely grateful for the support we've received from various grant-making organizations over the years, which have generously funded our operational costs, enabling us to continue our vital work in the community.
